Vail Valley: Arrowhead home to be auctioned in March

Three Colorado homes, including one at Arrowhead in the Vail Valley, will be sold at auction March 19 by Sheldon Good & Company.

The one-day auction is part of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy liquidation of High Country Club. one of the country's largest members-only destination clubs focused on popular resort markets. The residences will be offered at suggested opening bids as low as $150,000 and will be sold regardless of price.

The Arrowhead home is a furnished, 1,305 square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the Aspenwood Lodge. The unit has wood floors, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and views of Arrowhead Village.

The auction will take place at 1 p.m. at the Denver Marriot City Center, 1701 California St. Bidders can also participate via the Internet.
